Orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
Delivery charge
Delivery of all our products is free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Delivery time
Once you have placed your order, you should receive it within 1 - 5 business days.
Your order will be processed within 3 working days by the Händig team and dispatched to our delivery partner. As soon as they have received your package, they are responsible for delivery. Usually, they deliver your order within 1 - 2 business days after they receive it from us. However, keep in mind that this could also take longer due to special circumstances.
Sendcloud will email you when your order is on its way. The email contains a Track & Trace code which you can use to track where your package is at that moment and when the expected delivery time is. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will try to deliver the package to your neighbours. If this does not work, the package can usually be picked up at a Pickup point the next working day from 3 p.m. Keep an eye on your mailbox and email for updates from our delivery partner about your order.
International orders
Delivery charge
We also deliver to the rest of the EU - except for the United Kingdom and Ireland. The delivery costs for this are €19.95 for large packages and €9.95 for small packages.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to countries outside the EU. View the table below for an overview of the countries where we deliver our products and an estimation of the delivery times per country.

The delivery time outside the Netherlands differs per country. Your order will be processed within 3 working days by the Händig team and dispatched to our delivery partner. As soon as our delivery partner has received your package, they are responsible for delivery.
